How to read the planning study
The current research supports a 14-acre land-bank scale and a working scenario of about 9 towers and 1,260 homes. No verified project master plan, site boundary, access point, orientation or phase plan is available here.
The visual study is therefore a planning aid. Use it to think about arrival, pedestrian movement, landscape structure, shared spaces and service access, then compare those questions with the title block, legal boundary, scale and revision on any future project drawing.

Request the current project plan
Ask for the current sanctioned plan and confirm its land, phase, entrances, towers, circulation and revision before using it for a decision.
