Configuration planning guide
The research brief uses 2, 3 and 4 BHK as working configuration labels. Project-specific areas, room dimensions, orientation, tower stacks and unit availability are not established.
Use the three conceptual studies to compare household priorities such as entrance privacy, living-and-dining flow, kitchen service movement, bedroom separation, storage and balcony use. A real comparison should pair the current apartment plan with its tower plan, area statement and dated cost sheet.
Request current floor-plan documents
Obtain the measured unit drawing, configuration schedule and area statement for the same tower, stack and revision.
